Jennifer Harvey, Director of Patient Services

Jennifer is the Director of Patient Services for Live Free Home Health Care, LLC.  That means that she oversees all aspects of the nursing care that the clients are receiving.  She is a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville.  Jennifer grew up in Southern IL and that is where she met and married Jason.  As a new Registered Nurse, she worked on a medical/surgical and cardiac unit at Belleville Memorial Hospital in IL.  Upon moving to New Hampshire six years ago, both she and Jason fell in love with the beauty and spirit of NH.  It is so easy to call NH home.  After working in an internal medicine practice for four years, she found her niche in home health care.  She realized that the Central and Northern areas of NH are underserved in the home health care field, and she and Jason decided to change that.  She strongly believes that patients are most comfortable and thrive more at home.

Jennifer enjoys hiking the Squam trails, kayaking, and taking her 7 year-old Cocker Spaniel, Jonesey, on walks.  In her quiet time, she enjoys reading almost any kind of novel as well as nursing journals.  In the summer, she likes to lounge in the hammock, and in the winter, go for walks in the snow.  Jennifer also enjoys traveling with Jason, to New York City to catch a theater show, and to the Caribbean to relax in the sun and sand.

Jason M. Harvey, Owner and Co-Administrator

Jason holds the title of co-administrator and Business and Finance Manager. He handles all financial duties.

Jason grew up a military brat, both parents are retired Air Force. He grew up all around the country, including his last two years of high school in Wiesbaden, Germany. After graduating high school he went to the University of Southern Illinois where he met his future wife, Jennifer. After completing his undergraduate degree in Political Science, Jason took a job with Fidelity Investments, which brought Jason and Jennifer to New Hampshire where they fell in love with the beauty of the state and the independence of the people. It didn’t take long to realize New Hampshire was home. After three years with Fidelity Investments, Jason took a job with Fleet Financial Services where he worked until Bank of America bought out Fleet, and Jason was promoted to Assistant Vice President with Global Wealth and Investment Management at Bank of America . After three years with Bank of America, Jason and Jennifer decided to follow through on their dream of starting a business together, providing a needed service in Central and Northern New Hampshire. On a March weekend, while staying in Boston for a long weekend, Live Free Home Health Care was born. Five months later they were licensed and ready for business.

Jason enjoys hiking, kayaking, traveling, baseball (Go Red Sox!), football (Go Patriots!), and he is an avid reader of almost any subject, fiction or non-fiction. He has a particular interest in the history of the Founding Fathers and Presidential History. He also enjoys attending the theater and the symphony with Jennifer; they like to go to New York when they can for the theater. He enjoys a wide range of music, but jazz is his favorite. Jason also has taken up learning how to play the piano.
