Our Caregivers

All RN's, LPN's, and LNA's are employees of Live Free Home Health Care, they are not sub-contractors. We do full background checks on all employees, including criminal background checks, which includes a check for past cases of abuse and neglect. We also do drug screening and DMV checks. All of our caregivers have the appropriate licenses required to work in their profession in the State of New Hampshire. We also have our own orientation program, ongoing continuing education requirements, as well as supervised visits to ensure quality control. We won't place a caregiver in a client's home if the client is not comfortable, the caregiver is not comfortable or we are not comfortable that quality care can be achieved.
